why this blog exists

Travel has always been a way of life. Over the years, we’ve explored India through various modes of travel: packed public transport, long bike rides through winding mountain roads, road trips in our trusty car, and everything in between. Each journey taught us something new, and every adventure was made possible by the countless travelers who shared their experiences online.

Most of our travel plans began with hours of research, often reading blogs, scouring forums, and piecing together information from different sources. While we were grateful for the wealth of knowledge out there, we often wished for a more streamlined, organized approach to travel planning.

That’s why we started Augustly, to give back to the travel community that helped us so much, and to make travel planning easier, less cluttered, and more accessible for everyone.
